Your opportunity
- For smaller Risk Advisory engagements, manage the entire process from client acceptance or reappointment through to delivering the final report and archiving completed files.
- For larger Risk Advisory engagements, execute delivery by supervising relevant Risk Advisory staff and managing the project leaders while assuming ownership of the engagement.
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees, and communicating any issues to project leaders.
- Support in business development initiatives.
- Build strong internal relationships within the BDO Risk Advisory Services Division and across other Service Divisions.
- Foster the development of team members by effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Adhere to workplace policies and procedures.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly developed planning, leadership, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Key qualification & experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar profile.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- Must possess a professional certification such as CA/ACCA/CPA.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
