Your opportunity

• For smaller Risk Advisory engagements, manage the entire process from client acceptance or reappointment through to delivering the final report and archiving completed files.
• For larger Risk Advisory engagements, execute delivery by supervising relevant Risk Advisory staff and managing the project leaders while assuming ownership of the engagement. 
•   Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees, and communicating any issues to project leaders.
• Support in business development initiatives.  
• Build strong internal relationships within the BDO Risk Advisory Services Division and across other Service Divisions.   
• Foster the development of team members by effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. 
• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures.

Key qualification & experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar profile.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Must possess a professional certification such as CA/ACCA/CPA.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
