Your opportunity

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all Talent Acquisition requests and inquiries requested for Advisory, Tax and Support Services team.
  • Work closely with Heads of depts and reporting manager to create a clear understanding of future resource requirements and execute sourcing strategies to deliver those needs. Ensure complete understanding of future requirements, to build strong and engaged talent pools.
  • Sourcing and screening suitable CV or profiles that fit the job requirements and scheduling interviews at various stages.
  • Conducting pre-HR interviews and independently completing HR rounds up to Assistant Manager/Manager roles.
  • Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels.
  • Responsible for collecting documents and supporting the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.
  • Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.
  • Preparing and drafting job offer letters and employee contracts.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of new hires.
  • Produce and submit weekly reports on general HR recruitment activity to the reporting manager. Maintaining and updating the candidate database/tracker.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Participating and networking at various recruiting events along with the reporting manager. 
  • Provide thought leadership to the team on best-practice recruiting strategies and inject new ideas and fresh thinking into our recruitment plans. 
  • Ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience during the entire Recruitment & Selection process. 
  • Where necessary, proactively identify opportunities to streamline and simplify our interview & selection approach and bring those opportunities to life. 
  • Support Reporting manager on Emiratization strategy and identify suitable opportunities for Emirati national placements within Advisory, Tax & Support Services. 
  • Understand the salary grid structure of the firm and offer the best compensation terms to the ideal candidate. 
  • Provide recommendations on salary grid structure and designation structure as per market standards and best practices.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactiveness and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills to focus on different tasks, maintaining data and files for the organization’s employee records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications.

Key experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR required.
  • Professional in Human Resource (CIPD, CHRP, CHRM) are preferred.
  • 3-4 years of progressive experience in interviewing, selection, and recruitment processes.
  • Proficient experience in using any HR system (relevant ATS apps or LinkedIn Recruit portal).
